DEA Training Materials for Pseudoephedrine Restrictions

• As of September 30th, retailers must train their employees on the new restrictions in order to continue selling these products. 
• Retailers must use the DEA materials to train their employees.  
• However, retailers may supplement the training materials with additional materials of their own.
