MDH issues COVID-19 Vaccine FAQs

Maryland Department of Health (MDH) has issued a frequently asked questions site on access to the COVID-19 Vaccine. The document is primarily intended for the public, but it also provides insights and clarity for pharmacists.

MPhA is continuing to work with MDH and insurance carriers to clarify protections for “off-label-use” and coverage. We can expect additional information and decisions based on recommendations that come out of the upcoming Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices meeting on September 18-19, 2025.
